1. Website and services

These terms govern marilynmapabusiness.com and communications with MAPA Business & Financial Services LLC. Individual service agreements specify scope, documentation, fees, and conditions.

MAPA provides tax preparation, ITIN assistance, document preparation, business formation, translations, and notary services as contracted. MAPA is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. Website content is informational and does not replace individual professional assessment.

2. Information and applications

You are responsible for accurate, complete, authorized information, document review, and application requirements. Decisions and processing times of authorities, financial institutions, and other third parties are subject to their processes. We do not guarantee approvals, tax outcomes, or resolution dates.

3. Fees, appointments, and payments

Scope, professional fees, external charges, and payment, cancellation, or refund conditions will be communicated before you engage a service. Government fees are separate from MAPA fees. Contact the team or use your confirmation options to change or cancel an appointment.

4. SMS program and separate permission

The MAPA Business & Financial Services LLC program offers service messages about appointment confirmations and reminders, requested service updates, and customer support. Users who separately authorize promotional messages may receive special offers, discounts, and service announcements.

Service and marketing permissions are independent, optional, and unchecked by default. You may select either, both, or neither. Providing a phone number, sending an inquiry, or accepting these terms does not constitute SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.

5. Frequency, charges, and delivery

Frequency varies with appointments, requests, and user preferences. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not an emergency channel or a channel for sensitive documents.

6. Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. One final confirmation may be sent; further SMS from the canceled program requires new consent. Reply HELP for assistance, call (862) 622-8339, or email info@marilynmapabusiness.com. You may also ask our team directly to unsubscribe you.

7. Mobile privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Calls, WhatsApp, and recordings

We may call to answer inquiries or coordinate requested services. SMS permissions apply specifically to that channel. Promotional, automated, or prerecorded calls require applicable authorization. You may request that promotional calls stop by phone or email.

If a call is recorded, required notice and consent will be provided. WhatsApp and other external channels also have their own policies.

9. External services and acceptable use

Linked websites, calendars, maps, and external platforms have their own terms. Do not submit false information, access systems without authorization, disrupt services, or use the website for unlawful activities.

10. Responsibility and governing law

We provide services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, MAPA is not responsible for third-party interruptions or decisions of authorities outside its control. These terms do not remove rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited. New Jersey law and applicable federal law govern these terms.
