MAPA Business & Financial Services LLC, operating under the name Marilyn Paladinez, provides public notary services, powers of attorney, and apostilles in Newark, New Jersey and surrounding areas. We are not an attorney's office and do not provide legal advice.

2. Information We Collect

When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive: your WhatsApp phone number, your configured WhatsApp profile name, and the content of the messages you send us (text and, where applicable, images or documents that you choose to share).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use this information solely to answer your questions regarding our notary, power of attorney, and apostille services; coordinate and confirm appointments; and follow up on ongoing requests.

4. Use of Automated Responses

Part of the initial response to your message may be generated by an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence, in order to respond faster to frequent questions and direct your inquiry to the appropriate person. A member of our team may intervene at any point during the conversation.

5. With Whom We Share Your Information

We do not sell your information to third parties. We share strictly necessary data with Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform (the platform through which messages are sent and received) and with our messaging automation and artificial intelligence providers, used solely to process and respond to your messages.

6. Data Retention

We retain conversation history for as long as a service relationship exists with you and for a reasonable period necessary to follow up on your requests or comply with administrative obligations. You may request the deletion of your history at any time.

7. Your Rights

You may request from us at any time, by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling (862) 622-8339: access to the data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your conversation history.

8. Minors

This channel is directed to individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from minors.

9. Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice occasionally. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates the most recent version.
